The Colorado chapter of the International Public Management Association for Human Resources (IPMA-HR CO) is currently seeking applications for speakers to finish out the 2010 program year. 

IPMA-HR CO encourages proposals for presentations on a broad range of HR categories relevant to the public sector, including but not limited to recruitment, retention, motivation, performance management, compensation & benefits, testing/assessment, training & OD,  health/wellness, safety, scheduling/worksite flexibility, and HR technology.

IPMA-HR CO generally meets monthly (except for July and August) from 8:00 to 10:00 am., with presentations from 8:30 – 10:00am.   We are especially interested in presentations and formats with interactive components.   

Our membership base spans local, county and state-level government, university and  quasi-governmental entities.

The board will accept proposals on a continuous basis and will notify accepted speakers to arrange the most convenient meeting session.  If you can speak on multiple relevant topics we encourage you to submit proposals on each for consideration, using this form.
